About Suzy Kolaz

     I moved to beautiful Sarasota, Florida with my daughters in the mid
80s from Peoria, Illinois.  We have never looked back.  I am delighted they have chosen to make Sarasota their permanent home after college.

     The last several years I have traveled the world extensively.  This
has given me the opportunity to meet people from many different
countries and share information about our respective customs,
finances and general day to day lifestyle.  No matter what exotic
corner of the earth I was fortunate to go I always loved to come home
to the sound of the birds and the beautiful palm trees when I came
into the Sarasota Airport.  I never take our white sandy beaches, our
colorful sunsets or our fabulous year around weather for granted.

     I was honored to join the South Longboat Key Office of Michael
Saunders & Co.  I feel my enthusiasm for Sarasota and the integrity
and excellence of Michael Saunders is an exciting combination.  Every
client, whether looking to purchase or preparing to sell a home will
be given my undivided attention and patience.
